I have had many interviews with IRC and they have all been negative. In this interview, the recruiter didn't even turn on the camera but wanted me to have mine on while he seemed like he did not care at all for the interview. At some point he repeated an answer and laughed and it seemed very condescending. Another recruiter wasted my time and told me they would email about a 2nd interview but never spoke to me again. For another one in the development department, the same problem of not communicating happened. She had a short and rushed interview with me and rejected me a month later. Even when I ask for feedback, there is no response. They ask the same generic questions about managing time and strengths and work life balance. But they do not seem to really care for these answers as they already know who they will hire. My friend who got hired here has mentioned her process was complicated as well and they do not offer much for how much work she does.
