Interviewer hadn't bothered to prepare and read my resume beforehand. Asked questions clearly outlined in my CV, and it was apparent that the interview had to follow a systematic approach with a list of bullet points and a rating, to be given based on my answers. I felt like the company is stuck in the past, not with just the interview process. The majority of the people working there are from the boomer generation, and the salary range and technology used for this position was probably current back in those days as well.
