had 2 rounds of interview , one with manager which ran for more than 1 hour.. the second round much more tedious , ran for close to 3.5 hours, interview was mostly based on test plan management, SQL queries, nested SQL queries, UI automation

The interview has multiple rounds, but no one knows how many. I appeared for 2 technical, 1 techno-managerial, 1 F2F, and 1 VP round. I was told I cleared all the rounds, and HR even asked me for documents. Then they ghosted. If you call them, they tell that they would get back to you once there is any update. No clear communications. Complete waste of time.

Interview was schedule for and 90 mins first 30 mins introduction was given by HR regrading position and that are the expectation. Similarly asked about current role and responsibility in my org. Same thing was repeated by next 30 mins by interviewer who was taking Technical L1. 2 problems was asked to solve on hacker rank . The funny thing was i assume this is an interview and i need to write my custom code but they have rejected me bcoz of i am taking time to write it own logic & not using existing logic like Collection.sort() to sort an element. And last but not the least HR did not responded regrading the Interview result even after multiple follow up.
