I was surprised to receive an email at least 2 hours after my interview saying that they were moving onwards with other candidates. When I was told that there would be a 24hr time frame inquiring if you were hired or not. I guess you can't win them all.
Rounds of interviews, video questions and then in person. instructions will be provided. that's it I know. video interview link will be accessible for days. once you start, you have to finish it.
The interview process was quite easy, standard customer service questions, nothing out there to trick you. There isn’t much pressure and there very friendly which is a good sign, there was one person person per interview

Entrevista
The interview is not too long between 15-30 minutes. They will ask general questions about you and you experience. This is a good job too apply if you are a college student or graduate. Make sure that you know how to answer questions about situations and relate to groups projects that you done in school. Im not from a fiance or insurance background so you really have energy and show that your ready to learn and be a good team player.
