It was a long process with many people, however it was worth it. I initially had a phone interview, than an in-person. Everyone at Insight Global that I delt with helped me along the way, and with every step. I was confident with the whole process, and was prepared for the questions and key words that were presented to me at the interview.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
