I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. I called back and she seemed really nice and bubbly (but kind of fake). We talked about the position a bit and then she asked me what my plans were for the weekend and when I said I was working, she seemed kind of disappointed. I know sometimes a recruiter will chit chat with you but when she asked that question, I really felt as if she was wondering if I was going to go out and get hammered with them over the weekends. Anyways, she wanted to meet me face to face so we scheduled an appointment the following week. The night before my appointment, I decided to see if I could find anything I could use that would work for my benefit so I creeped on the recruiter's Facebook page. I saw a lot of panty pictures and every picture definitely had a night of alcohol involved. I realized that this was a party job and not a serious job at all. I went in for the interview and realized that I was not a good fit for the job. Thankfully the feeling was mutual.

Is there anything that will set you apart from the other candidates?
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!

Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
