I was contacted initially by phone and email by a corporate recruiter who explained to me they thought I was a good fit for the position. Had a casual 15 minute phone interview and was asked to come in for a sit down interview with some account managers and the sales manager. Was interviewed separately by all 3 for about 20-25 minutes each. What I found strange was after the first interview with the account manager, she spoke with the recruiter who then immediately came in and gave me feedback on the previous interview. I was then interviewed by another account manager, and finally a short discussion with the sales manager. Everything was very laid back and none of the questions were out of the ordinary, but I felt they wanted the ideal candidate to be bubbly like a sorority girl with fake smiles and what not. Overall a fairly pleasant process, but the professionalism of some of the office was not what you would see in other businesses/industries.

I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
