I was told I would have a second interview but had to email them and remind them of it. I found the second interviewers to be quite patronising. I can see why Infosys has such a high turnover rate. Of all the consultancies I have interviewed with, my experiences with Infosys have always been the most regrettable. I asked them to reconfirm before the interview if they were interested in me for a particular role. I rescheduled a very important meeting for this second round, particularly as I was told I would interview with a Partner. The Principal and Senior Principal cut the meeting short and did not enable me to interview with the Partner. Maybe it is just me, but I think it is rude to ask someone to block off 2 hours of their afternoon and then cut an interview short after 30 minutes. They also seemed a bit sexist to me, too, but that's just my sole opinion.

The timeline for the COTTS implementations is extremely sensitive, and the operations are unwilling to compromise these dates. You have been invited to support Acme Express Parcels with a proposal for a Data Factory which will help them to recover the project. To do this, you must consider how you will support many areas of the project:

-Business intelligence
-Data Governance Strategy
Your role is to lead provide Acme Express Parcels CIO with a Data Factory proposal which will support all of these areas, and pave the way to introducing a technology center of excellence. You are to prepare for a meeting Client Programme Director to outline your proposal:
1.) Summarise the challenges of the programme
2.) Options to address the challenges
3.) The approach to Deployment
4.) A recommendation around dealing with the immediate priorities to support the CRM Pilot.
You have 30 minutes to prepare your thoughts for a 20 minute meeting.

HR interview done via teams. TA was based out of India. Nice cordial conversation. But a red flag came up - position I applied for was principal but she sprinkles out level will be decided later. Nevertheless, overall it was positive and warm.
Next interview scheduled with Sr Principal. Focus was on my experience in insurance space , behavioral questions and some thought leadership areas around embedded insurance, AI in insurance etc. Nice experience overall.
Next interview scheduled with Client partner/Sr Director level. This is where it went beyond JD. Position is for industry principal, business consulting and interviewer is asking about tool configurations, guidewire platform related questions. I politely pointed out that guidewire platform experience and expertise is not in the JD. No to sound rude but there was clearly a gap what was in JD and what this interviewer was hiring for were miles apart. It seemed the gentleman may not have even read or given a thought about it.

Did a screening and two interviews. First interview was fine and pretty normal. The second interview was terrible. The woman seemed unprepared and asked several random questions. The worst question was please name 5 recent payment Innovations. With the position being in banking and payments I had mentioned an interest in crypto and peer to peer transactions as being great innovations where i had experience. For some reason after saying this she asked me to name 5 more Innovations. Why did she ask for 5? I have no idea. Overall I thought that was a stupid question and begrudgingly responded. I guess her hearing my response would help identify whether or not I'd be a good contestant for family feud. Once I conducted that interview I never heard back from the company as to there decision on my candidacy. How are you this large of a company and have this poor of an experience when it comes to hiring
