First my technical interview was scheduled and some Jafer Alba took my interview who did not felt like having good knowledge in SAP BO but was trying to prove me wrong in almost all the answers. Interview was not recorded and it went around for an hour and after a week when I followed up got to know to my shock that he has submitted "No show" in evaluation . When I tried to inform of this behaviour to the HR she did not even responded. I have given many interviews in different organization but this is the worst company in terms of interview process so please don't waste your time here.
