It was an absolutely horrible experience. First you meet the manager then you meet the CEO then you meet his son then you meet the manager that you’ll be working for then you meet two people at the same time on a Zoom call firing questions off about things that have nothing to do with what you will actually be doing on the job. It was an absolute disaster and I am so glad I am somewhere else making more money in a much more mature environment.

The interview was a one-on-one video call with the CEO. The CEO was off by a few years when he assumed my age while we were talking. Overall, it was an initiative interview.

Just a phone screen. Then I was ghosted by the hiring manager. Is this how things are done now a days? Its just very unprofessional not to give a person a response. What a joke.
