Had a phone screen that lasted about 20mins. At the end of our call the recruiter estimated a week for me to hear back. He encouraged me to follow up with him the following Monday if I heard nothing back. Monday came and I called him 2 times, left voicemails and followed up with an email. A week has gone by.....no response. Not what i was expecting from a company whose main purpose is to help people find jobs.
