I had a great screening interview and the recruiter explained everything really well. However, after telling me the date they would be scheduling a zoom interview, they ghosted me and never replied to my emails. They got back to me after a month and asked if I’m still interested and never acknowledged my previous emails. After saying they will be scheduling another follow up interview, they ghosted me again. It’s honestly extremely unprofessional. Worst part is, they reached out after another month asking me if I’m still interested. Definitely not interested in working with them if this is how they disrespect candidates time.
