They did and initial call, then invited me over to a group interview. After a week they then called to let me know I got hired. Really fast and efficient

Short and sweet, asked about previous work experience and if a fast-paced environment was right for me. Basically they want to see if you're a good person and they look for bright personalities and fast learners. They gave me a good idea about their processes and what to expect.
