I had a brief phone screen mainly to schedule my onsite working interview, where my main tasks for the day were kitting, mixing, and portioning cookie dough. Everyone was friendly, professional, and respectful. I really enjoyed working with the pastry lead of this particular team and would have loved to take on this role if it weren't for my personal decision to switch career paths.
