The interview process started with a referral from an employee I had a previous family connection with. The first contact I had was with Alexis Henne for an informational interview. Right off the bat I could tell how seriously passionate Alexis was about her job and this company. I was later contacted by Jeff Holt for an official interview. Jeff was extremely welcoming and it was easy to tell that he also had a strong passion for Image Source. After another Interview with Tricia Thompson, it was easy to tell that Image Source was a company comprised of passionate, caring individuals that have created a welcoming work place. Even though my interview process was done remotely, everyone I met with seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and what my goals and desires are. The farther along the process I got, the more interested in the position I became.

Had 3 interviews that went great with constant communication then got denied and then did another 3 interviews and got denied again. A bit disappointing with what they give for starting position at $21 when the local Burgermaster starts at $21 without tips!
