The recruitment process had three parts to it: 1. application screening, 2. Interview with a senior consultant and a principle consultant to discuss personal fit with the firm, 3. case studies – three of them.

I had 4 rounds of interview: Phone IV, Market research/business understanding examination, Virtual IV, and Case Study IV. The process took about 3 months, from my first phone call till when I was offered the position
