Consisted of face to face interviews with 3 Engagement Managers (same level I was interviewing for). Then had to prepare a presentation based on a case study (you get 45 minutes to prepare it). Presented this to the 3 people I interviewed with as well as a Senior Principal level.

First you get an invite to a self-recorded video interview, but they don't give you a timeline so it's sort of just there until you start getting reminders to do the recording. Once you get through that, there's a screening with the HR person and then a team call and then a presentation to the team. Super awkward and the exercise is not very clear as to what the expectations are.
