The people were extremely friendly and nice. Personal fit is very important. Talking about how the job looks like (working hours, deals), also how the team ist structured. Then, also technical questions (DCF, WACC..), typical M&A questions and not unfair.
2 Interviews mit unterschiedliche Mitarbeiter, wo in beide Gespraechen sowohl Technicals als auch Fit gepruft werden. Daneben einen Intiligenz Prufung, der mit Ubungsauftragen gut zu tun waren. Ueberall war das Prozess ziemlich deutlich und die Kommunikation verlief auch gut
