First you get A phone interview with the recruiting guy. Then an in person with the two managers. THEN you have an interview with their bosses and then they tell HR who talks to the first guy you talked to and he offers the position. Once accepted you have to do a finger background check then once that clears you go to Quest for a urine test. HOWEVER I was informed they changed the hiring proceedure so now no drug test is done
