The interview was very educational, I really enjoyed chatting and just the whole interview process i felt comfortable and right at home. In the beginning Mr. Scott told me a little about himself and i did like wise and we found out that we both have a great passion for outstanding customer service

Informal relaxed chat, they ask questions based on their values so make sure you talk about them in your answers, I had a video based interview before a face to face interview with one of the team leaders
