Interview with the Franchisee, very easy. No tests or anything. I met with the franchisee at a hotel since they were building the Ihop. Questions were not hard, they were just more questions about getting to know me.

The first interview that I was invited to, went great and I was invited to the second interview. However, the second interview was not nearly as satisfying. During the whole process, the interviewer mostly looked around and seemed overall distracted by things happening around us, rather than focusing on my answers.

It is very laid back, pass background check have interview after on the job interview you get offer. There really isn't much else to the process. The rest of the time the ask about personal life stuff, and make sure you understand it is 365 day job

There's a phone interview if you make it thru that then there's an in person interview. If the second person likes you chances are you will be offered the job on the spot, no background check no drug test .
