Robotic screening from an HR rep who asks you for basic info on your resume, Wonderlic/values/psychological assessment, two rounds of interviews. First round went really great (I was excited!), second was abysmal. The energy was really negative...it was clear everyone was having a bad day. That shouldn't be obvious in an interview. Curt, one-word responses to my questions. Abstract/bizarre questions asked of me which the hiring manager then told me her answer to afterwards (It was never my answer.) Night-and-day difference between rounds 1 and 2. I received the robo-reject within two hours of round 2, which saved me the task/time of declining an offer. Eep.
