More formal than previous conversation, still friendly Told moved forward to next steps, video interviews Recruiter reached out same day or following day asking for availability during early the following week Didn't get back after date, said they could the next week (13th) Had 2-day long videos interview broken up 4/3 on Mon/Tues 6 hours Recruiter responded Hiring Manager responded Told following Monday wanted one more interview to see which job is best fit (wanted to hire two candidates) Interviewed that Friday Followed up with Recruiter following Wednesday/Thursday Then received notice the team was preparing offer and that she'd know that following Friday or Monday Didn't hear back so reached out the following Wednesday. Found out that day VP was on PTO Then received offer of another, higher role the following Monday Entire process about a month before official offer
