I applied online by uploading my resume, filling out forms, and completing a quiz of around 100 questions. Some questions include "what do you like to do in your free time," and "why do you want a job?" It took over 30 minutes to complete this question. About 18 hours later, I was rejected with no reason. Waste of time. Many of the questions are not related to a job at all, let alone working at a credit union. Maybe recruiters could ask what I like to do in my free time as an ice breaker when they talk to me in person.
I do not recommend sitting through this process.
