Was contacted in October 2021. Short 30 minute interview with 2 managers. About 5 questions ranging from basics like “Why IBM?” to hard questions like “How many cars are on the road right now?”. Moved to 2nd stage and had to put together a presentation. Was asked about 10 more questions in a 1 hour interview. Questions like “How many grocery stores are in the city?” to “Are you a hunter or gatherer?”. Didn’t get the role.

How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
The interview was very friendly. I was able to talk a lot about skills and experience while the interviewer was curious as well. It was both mutually interested and really good experience
