Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en IBM en may 2008
Entrevista
I was called for an interview as a result of a referral by an existing employee.
The first interview lasted an hour. I was asked to provide a summary of my educational and professional background. I was also asked specific questions about my prior sales experience, and my reasons for wanting to switch jobs.
This was followed by two more interviews: first with the HR manager, and then with the head of the company. These were much shorter get-to-know-you interviews.
Finally, I was called for a fourth and final interview in which I was presented with the job offer.

Pregunta 1
What was the toughest customer you have had to sell to, and how did you convince him?
Multi-step interview process. 2nd interview was a roleplay presentation. Hiring was placed on hold after my 3rd interview. Final interview with a sales VP where he was unprepared and asked some questions over and over. A lot of things about the role seemed unknown.

Pregunta 1
How do you go about prospecting and building your territory?
Slow interview process, not much feedback during waiting period between interviews. Lots of prep is needed for these interviews. I had to follow-up with the person managing my application a few times to get updates on when I would hear back from them.
