Fill in form, do an online gamified test, recorded interview, go down to london for a half day 3 assessed things, logic/problem solving group activity, group pitch thing, then 1 on 1 interview

Asked about CV skills, standard leadership/teamwork stuff, why you wan't to work for IBM and what IBM things do you use.
Straight forward process, included gamified cognitive ability tests (which consisted of several minigames which mainly tested problem solving and numerical ability) and a pre recorded interview (get asked 3 questions, have 1 minute to think about the answer and 3 minutes to talk).

Entrevista
Online tests, video interview (record answers into camera) and assessment centre which comprises of:
1) Group discussion
2) Group logic test
3) 1 on 1 interview (competency questions but quite conversational)
Tests are hard, try to finish them if you can. Do lots of research on the company.
Overall a tough but enjoyable day. There is a final business interview after the AC but I didn’t get that far.
