Had to go through a very lengthy hiring time, I had sent my resume in the month of May and got my interview call only in June post that had my first round of interview in July. My offer came through only in Sep and was able to join only in Oct.

3 in person interviews that was very laid back in general. Felt more like conversations than actual stuffy interview. Asked a lot about strategy and vision I had for this role. Seemed like I would have a say in the direction.
