Apply online in the IBM website, email the recruiters if you can. There will be an assessment if you haven't done before and it will last for 12 months. The hiring team will get to review your resume. You will either get a chance or not. and wait for first phone interview. Mine was pretty late in March so I got to be interviewed within a week and being interviewed within two days.
