I did their online assessment and was scheduled for an interview, but the company canceled it just one hour before the start time. Shortly after receiving the cancellation notice, I received an automated rejection letter with no further explanation or offer to reschedule. Contacted the recruiter, but they never replied.

1 round with Behavioral, Resume, and Rapid-Fire Trivia about systems design, tools, and database types. Moved onto team-matching. "Recruiters" are off-shore, overworked and very incompetent and straight ignore communication from candidates. The interview process needs to be more difficult, and they need to hire much better recruiters. Takes about 1-3 weeks from interview to offer depending on how quickly your interviewer hands off the packet, and how good your resume is for team-matching.

It's an easy interview, and the recruiter was really nice! One on one interview about my experience and skillset, and more focused on the behavioral side of things. I had no technical questions asked.

If you could fund research, what is one think you would create right now.
Questions are pretty much as difficult as leetcode can get. Felt like a waste of time when I couldn't pass only a few tests for 2 out of 4 questions, but still didn't get a callback interview.
