Recieved a call requesting a phone interview. Call lasted about 10 minutes, asked questions about my availability and asked me to describe how I have handeled customer complaints in the past.

Entrevista
The interview process included a video recorded interview, a short quiz, and a phone interview. The video interview consisted of about four questions. You had a short period of time to think of an answer before the video would start to record. You had two chances to record. The quiz was mostly math and cognitive thinking.
