The first interview with the engineering managers went well but the presentation and interview with the heads of engineering and the CEO was a red flag.
The CEO was part of the panel for the last interview. He claimed he was non technical but stayed on for the whole 90 minutes and seemed to tune out for most of the technical discussions. I felt this was a waste of his time.
The only time he spoke up was to ask questions like "What is your biggest weakness" and "Tell me about yourself".
