First contact was from applying through seek with a CV and cover letter. This was followed by a phone call from someone in the engineering/product team to chat about my experience and to ask any questions. I was then given the option to walk them through some recent work I've done or to write a small application to some provided specs (in my own time). I chose the latter and went through my implementation with one of the senior engineers on video chat. Last step was an in person interview with a few members of the engineering/product team at the HotDoc office in Melbourne. Overall, they were respectful of my schedule and I was made to feel comfortable throughout the process. I got a good feel for the work environment, culture and expectations.
