The lady didn't show up for the first interview and then asked to reschedule. We rescheduled for another time, and for that one, she showed up 20 min late for the call.
I am pretty sure she had her lunch during the call as well. It all just seemed very unprofessional.
I was offered to schedule another interview with the director, but I declined.
