it was pretty easy. I applied in person. Just after I finished high school I got a call for an interview. It was in person interview this was in 2017 way before covid.
It was a long interview. The HR managers invited more than 100 candidates in one day. Most of the interview questions were work-related. The managers were very patient and friendly.

I applied online and was then scheduled to meet the manager in person at the store. I had one interview that was about 30 minutes long. The manger asked questions about school, interests, and was very friendly. I was asked what my availability was and then hired.

It was easy and enjoyable, you just had to be honest with answering the questions. You don't need much experience with working on the floor but it helps to have customer experience or other retail experience.
