Must apply online, take a online questionnaire, and wait to hear back. Once you hear back via email, and interview is scheduled. After interview, you must pass a background check. If you get through the questionnaire, interview and background check and your hired, then training class is scheduled and you could begin seeing clients within a day

Everyone was extremely curious and friendly in the office. It felt like a very caring work environment. The position was explained to me very thoroughly. With lots of opportunities for me to ask questions.

I applied online and was contacted within 24 hours by the HR Manger. She asked me some questions to determine if I'd be a good match, then emailed a link to a questionnaire. I was then asked to come in for a face-to-face interview. I left that interview with an employment offer, scheduled my orientation and began working that weekend.

This is a very personal job, so the questions are personal. They can't afford to hire heartless individuals, so even though the questions aren't "difficult" in the typical way...but made me reminisce about my elderly grandparents that have passed and made me tear up. (Boxes of tissues all over the office!😀)
