First met with the General Manager who was very friendly and sharp once he approved I met with the VP of Sales who was asking sales related questions, and finally met with the VP of Operations who was straight forward and trying to know my personality.

Thorough questions, professional, longer than most but all good conversations. One phone interview, two in person interviews and one tour of hotel and city. Met with group of staff to ask questions about the team. Final personality assessment before offer.
