I applied online. I had a technical screening over the phone with a Russian (another Russian guy came along). The questions were standard, boring, trivia questions: how hash map is implemented, multi threading, what happens if a thread dies..... The interviewers sound like KGB interrogators, unhappy. Zero attempt to measure ability for logical thinking. Just running the same old trivia questions that anyone can google if they need a refresh. I don't know anyone with more than 3 years of experience who does not know the nitty-gritty on these concepts. Yet they keep asking, as if your degree & experience are all fake. (Question to interviewer guys: Hey is it a senior position? Why did you bring the Junior question sheet with you?)
