It was very relaxed and surprisingly informal. The district manager performing the interview used casual profanity. The store was clean, but the district manager was performing the store's inventory while the store was open because the manager was not able to complete it prior to opening business for the day. It did not seem different from any other job I'd interviewed for, so the process was straight forward.
