Applied online and received a call from an out of state recruiter the same day. She asked a few basic questions. "Why Hertz?", "Tell me about your customer service experience", etc. She set me up an interview with the area manager. I thought the interview went great. She was very nice and mentioned how much she liked my education and experience. She gave me a brief job description and asked 5 basic behavior questions. She said that the recruiter would give me a call next week. One week later I received an email from the recruiter thanking me for my interest but explaining that I would not be considered for the position.

Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .

HR will call and set up an interview with the main office in the area. You'll set down with a Branch Manager and they'll interview you for about 30 Mins.

You interview after completing their online application process. Easy interview with the area manager. Basic interview questions. Simply be confident and demonstrate common knowledge of customer service. Please dress appropriately.
