Step 1 - group orientation with 10 other qualified candidates. - discuss program and the position. - group interview where everyone gets the chance to answer. (Intimidating) but the interviewers were very nice. Step 2 - walking interview- FU with any questions from previous interview. Last one hour. Business casual with tennis shoes. Step 3 - observe a class. Step 4 - pair with a mentor and create one hour long presentation to give to a health group. Be prepared to get feedback regarding how you did.
