Easy. It was short, brief and to the point. they explained the job, the requirements, expectations, and more. I met the owner and the management staff during the process. It was not difficult.

What is your experience. They want to know what I had done in the past, and how I would apply it to future projects.
I was never interviewed. I was solicited for the position. A colleague recommended me for the job. I'm guessing (but not sure) they checked out my previous work. I have nothing more to say.
