Intensive and thorough process. Great opportunity to understand the company culture and operations. The interview process focuses heavily on company fit and character assessment. Process is interactive and includes an experience day and role play in coaching and development of associates.

Virtual meeting and the hiring manager was late. Not a great company outlook. But I was offered the role within 48 hours. I kindly declined since I found a better company.
