Quick phone call with HR/recruiter describing the role and confirming basic details. Followed with in-person three person panel interview set up by same recuriter. Process moved quickly, as I applied, interviewed, and hired within one month. Payed a reasonable relocation bonus

Easy to get .Be prepared about your past background and project you worked.Bit takes a long process I had 4 rounds of interviews and 1 in person so depends upon team but to get back they took 2 months so have to be patient.Overall good experience

First Interview is single with area lead and second is with working group with different department. It is a really nice process of interview. Simple question, nice altitude. It seems you are the chosen one.
