Got an email the day before the interview times from the regional manager asking for a reply I had an interest. I called got her voice mail and left message. Later, she called back and we scheduled a time for the next day. Went to the interview at the appropriate time. (Interviews were being conducted in the open lobby of the hotel with CNN blaring in the background. I walked in to the area where numerous people were sitting and wandered around. I then got a cup of coffee and walked back into the area and was approached by someone in a golf shirt and khakis who introduced himself by his first name as the local manager and said the regional manager was elsewhere and he would be doing the interview. The next 45 minutes consisted of a series of questions he read from a sheet. He spoke of the growth of the company and how he had done well there. He made random notes and later asked what questions i had. After a few minutes another candidate wandered in and he ended the session. I was told that the position would be filled by the end of the month and that a subsequent interview would be done. He did not offer a business card and I failed to ask for one so follow up was done in an email to the regional manager.. I received no response from either manager and as far as I know the position has been filled. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and attention to detail by representatives of a large organization
Fair, without issues. Need to be very professional and have a strong understanding of running a territory. Make sure you convey your strengths and success. Explain what you had to overcome in order to make sales plans.

Received call from recruiter and had brief interview. Then had phone interview with area manager. A few days later a face to face interview with area manager. Interviews were conducted professionally with the standard questions, none too difficult. Ultimately, I did not get the position. Seems like a good company to work for with plenty of room to grow.
Disappointed that I did not receive an email or phone call informing me that I did not get the position. I found out by logging into my applicant profile on the hiring website.
