your resume get selected by there HR , then they call you and ask you about your education . I've gone to there location and had my HR interview , and then they provide you with training programs of 2 months after that performance test happens , which will decide your salary as well as your role .

at first I get phone call for knowing each other and my experience and my skills, then zoom interview with 2 team leaders and after than an interview on the office with other 2 team leaders.
