The interview process was an initial phone screen where HR just asked basic questions about my background and gave me a short description of the company. The HR representative also told me that they had only been with the company for a couple of months. They were also unable to answer any of the questions that I had prepared regarding the company and scope of projects that they were involved in. Seems odd to have someone conduct interviews that has no knowledge of the company or the work that is being done.
