The hiring manager asked me fundamental questions pertaining to my work experience and knowledge of tech support, customer service assistant, and call center experience, et cetera. Of course, they asked for your strengths and weaknesses, a time of being challenged, whether I've monitored others, et cetera . They also briefly ask me to define common jargon that's used within the department to ensure my understanding of common knowledge used in tech support.

Interviewing and and hiring process is good. Orientation and staff meeting. Not really any problem to see forward. License, questions for low income on a paper for tax credit and free parking. Strict about missed days of work are explained before hiring.
