My interview was a four step process. I first met with a Regional Talent Specialist, then Regional Director, then Head of School. It also included a written portion where I was presented with scenarios and asked how I would handle them.

Multi part process including virtual interviews with regional team and written interview. There is a week or so between each stage of the interview and hearing something back which can be frustrating.

Entrevista
All interviews were online and about an hour each. I interviewed with four different people on the executive level and then was asked to go meet the staff before being hired.
