Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Guidepoint (New York, NY) en sept 2017

Intense but manageable. First went through an on-campus recruiter who chose me for a phone screen about one week later. After the phone screen where they asked basic questions like, "what research have you done in the past?", "what is your five year plan?", "and other basic HR questions I was selected for an on-site interview in New York. At the on-site interview it took approximately 3.5 hours. The first two I was interviewed by 6 different people all asking basically the same thing; 4 Project managers, 1 team leader and then was given one hour to finish a mock project. After the mock project I met with the Head of Global Research who shredded the project word for word and you had to explain your thought process and what went through your head during the mock project. Lastly, I met with HR once more who said I would hear back from them in the next few days but was emailed with an offer within two hours of leaving the office.
I thought the initial call went well and then they never contacted me again. Very unprofessional of them in my opinion, at least reject me rather than ghosting me. It sounded like a cool job too.

Applied by LinkedIn and received the call from the recruiter in a few days. Then a recruiter asked me a simple question like where do I live, and when is the best time for in-person interview.
